This first one was a challenge from Lee to complete over the weekend. I love how it turned out with that whirlpool blue colour and i LOVE the Me laser cut. I have so many uses for it...I'll have to get some more.
BTW... I didn't realise until my photos were down loaded that there was a big smudge on my lens (Finn likes to hold the camera and attempt to take photos....we train them early in this house...and hence the smudge). I'm so thankful that is was just photos of pages and not precious photos of the kids etc. So my tip for the day is to go right now and clean your lens as a smudge doesn't show up when your looking through the viewfinder and you can't get rid of it after the photo is taken. You'll be glad that you did.
Funny yiu should say clwan your lense...mine is heading to Harevy right now for a big clean > Breathe deeply di...I will be without my trusted Canon for a big ...ARGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!
ReplyDeleteGood tip on the lens smudge - that has happened to me before!!
ReplyDeleteOh and I LOVE that handwriting on the red tunnel!!
ReplyDeleteAlmost a ritual in our house, clean lense before taking pics, as my kids usually have their fingers where they should not too! Love all the pages, your writing looks great and I love the tunnel page!
ReplyDeleteOh and did you take all those little pics with you or did you print them out there. I would love to hear about how you worked out what to take away with you and if you went with lo's in mind. I will post soon about birthday, am lying on lounge at moment with virus - not up for taking pic's.
ReplyDeleteShannon, I did print them beforehand and bring them with me. I just grabbed all my fav photos that were already printed and i had wanted to scrap for a long time and hadn't and shoved them in a bag. I printed out some random little black and white photos just incase I could use them in different pages and some were for Di's mini album. No method to the madness really. I just went through the photos each time I wanted to do a page.
